recently filed an 8K to acquire 17 of Britesmile BSML Dentle Spas for 27 million. We think the stock has room to go higher. Very tight float . We look for 10.00 this summer.


It appears that management is selling off the assets of Britesmile which could be desisted due to price from the NASDAQ. So if you own BSML We suggest you consider selling and buy the profitable division of BSML which is currently being merged into MTNA.

Currently TXHG has approximately 13 to 15 million proven barrels of Oil is its property in Texas. The company has an excellent growth strategy. We think the shares are Undervalued at current levels. Shares could easily double this year.
